Sign in, Remember me & Quick Unlock

Use your GetOnItEd email and password to sign in. On your own phone, Remember me can keep your secure session available and Quick Unlock can use your fingerprint or face where your Android device supports it.

Sign in manually

  1. Open GetOnItEd and choose Sign in.
  2. Enter the email address and password for your GetOnItEd account.
  3. Leave Remember me on this device switched on if this is your own phone and you want GetOnItEd to keep your secure session.
  4. Tap Sign in.

If your email has not been verified yet, GetOnItEd will tell you before letting you continue.

Remember me

Remember me on this device is on by default on the current sign-in screen. Leave it on for your own device. If you turn it off, GetOnItEd will not keep the remembered session and Quick Unlock is disabled for that account on the device.

For a shared phone or tablet, turn Remember me off and use your password when you return.

Turn on Quick Unlock

  1. Sign in successfully with Remember me on this device switched on.
  2. If fingerprint or face authentication is available on your Android device, GetOnItEd can offer Turn on Quick Unlock.
  3. Use your fingerprint or face when Android asks you to confirm.
  4. Next time GetOnItEd needs to unlock your remembered session, follow the fingerprint or face prompt.

You can always choose Use password instead. If biometric authentication does not complete, the sign-in screen offers Try fingerprint / face again when a saved session is still available.

Can Ed sign me in?

No. Sign-in, Remember me and Quick Unlock are security steps and are completed on the sign-in screen, not through Ed. Once you are securely inside the app, Ed can help with supported business-admin tasks.

Do not give Ed your password.
